Barnstormers Comedy Club
Sit back and enjoy a great night out as our favourite compere Dan Evans introduces three top comedians from the London/National stand-up comedy circuit: Jeremy O’Donnell, Paddy Lennox and Michael Fabbri.*
Barnstormers Comedy prides itself on finding the funniest, cleverest and maybe silliest comedians out there so a great night of entertainment is guaranteed.
Dan Evans first appeared on the comedy circuit in 1994, shortly afterwards leaving a promising career as one of East Anglia’s leading office menials to go full time.
Over the past decade, his twisted logic has delighted the nation, helping it through the dark days of the death of HRH The Queen Mother and the uncertainties of 21st century property prices.
“Skilful and surreal” – The Scotsman
“Original and inventive”– The Times
You can see Dan Evans live in Bracknell here.
Paddy has been tour support for Rhod Gilbert, Lucy Porter and Micky Flanagan.
He started Stand-Up in December 2001 only to be interrupted with a couple of comedies at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre and a couple of surreal commercials in far off lands, before returning to his new found passion.
A naturally funny, warm comic who plays all the big (and small) clubs in the UK. He has also gigged in South Africa, Germany, Ireland, Croatia, Estonia, Malta, and lil’ ol’ Slovenia.
“… simply a scream” – The Daily Telegraph
Michael Fabbri, star of BBC Radio 4’s Dyslexicon, has graced the global comedy circuit for many years. He is taking his new show “Rebooted” to the Edinburgh Festival this summer.
With a dark and honest approach to some of life’s more touchy subjects, Fabbri manages to effortlessly slip between some harsh, controversial topics to light-hearted silliness to make for a refreshingly eclectic and brilliantly funny act.
‘Exceptionally funny, extremely sharp, hugely enjoyable‘ – The Scotsman
You can see Michael Fabbri live here
You can see Gordon Southern here.
Sharp and surreal observational humour, with a clean, swear-free set. He is a regular compere at several comedy clubs, in and outside the capital. As well as performing both his live stand-up and sketches for television, he writes prolifically for TV and radio.
O’Donnell mixes sharp one-liners with friendly storytelling and sparkling off the cuff wit.
“Lightning fast” – Evening Standard
You can see Jeremy O’Donell on ITV’s ‘Stand up Hero’ here.
