EAST KENT PRODUCTIONS PRESENT

The Hound of The Baskervilles

Arthur Conan Doyle’s most popular  “Sherlock Holmes” adventure is brought to the stage by a cast of award-winning actors who have appeared in many successful farces, dramas and musicals presented throughout  East Kent since 2005.

The super sleuth and his loyal sidekick, Dr Watson, exchange the comforts of 221B Baker Street in London for the desolate Devonshire moors to investigate an unexplained death at Baskerville Hall.

At first they dismiss local reports of an ancient curse on the Baskerville family, involving a “spectral Hellhound” but as their researches continue and murder is suspected, they become increasingly protective of the Hall’s new owner “lest he too falls prey to the beast’s ravaging jaws!”

Dramatised by Philip Shaw
Directed by Jane Danes

There will be no performance on Thursday 25 November
